The Governance Structure

The Governance structure at KIMS is based on 7-covenants from the Sunnah of His Prophet Muhammad (P.B.UH).these principles are:
 
1.     Consultation
2.     Self accountability
3.     Equity
4.     Obedience
5.     Brotherhood
6.     Tolerance
7.     Self Respect
 
Following the principle (1) all the affairs of the institute are based on mutual consent (mushwara.)
The board of governors includes an advisory board and a managing committee. The Board Comprises of Eminent Sharia Scholars and Professional Managers.
Advisory board (perform strategic functions) whereas managing committee takes the responsibilities of performing operational and tactical strategic functions.
